We have two dedicated conference spaces available that are sure to suit the needs of any size delegation.

The Casa Milano Ballroom is our largest business events venue and one of the best in Pretoria for delegations of between fifty and 150 delegates.  The higher number can be seated cinema-style or cocktail-style and there are the most space-efficient seating configurations.  Up to 140 people can be accommodated when they are sitting down for a set menu banquet, which makes this also the ideal business banquet venue.  Smaller numbers of people can be seated, depending on the seating layout and this venue is comprehensively equipped with:

• air conditioning
• an electronic screen that descends from the ceiling
• surround sound
• dimming lights
• wireless Internet
• an acoustic partition to create a smaller, breakaway group space

The Casa Milano Petite is a smaller conference space that can accommodate between 25 and fifty people, depending on the seating layout and has most of the larger facility's features.

A Venue for Any Social Event

...they may also be suitable for smaller business events like meetings and luncheons.  The first of these is the Wine Cellar, an actual wine cellar suitable for up to twenty people among a rare selection of wines; this venue is preferred for corporate dinners and family feasts, although it is also perfect for a romantic dinner for two.  Bibliotheca is another venue that can accommodate twenty people at most and its cosy atmosphere and warm décor makes it an ideal space for breakfast meetings or other small social gatherings or events.

True to our claim of offering the preferred events venue in Pretoria, we have more spaces for gatherings of all kinds and these include:

• The Formal Lounge: this is a very exclusive and totally private venue in the Manor House for up to forty people and is ideal for events where the Bibliotheca or Wine Cellar would be too small and the Casa Milano too big.
• The Gazebo: this is an open-air chapel and mostly used for wedding ceremonies, with seating for 120 guests.  The Gazebo has made us a very popular events venue in Pretoria for weddings and it even has a bell to announce the arrival of the bride.  After the wedding ceremony, the guests usually move on to the Casa Milano Ballroom for the reception.
