Venues for Two to 150

Unlike so many of the other venues in Pretoria, we can offer you a wide variety of meeting spaces and our six different venues cater for parties of almost any size:

  • Bibliotheca: this meeting area has a cosy atmosphere helped by the fireplace and warm décor and makes for the ideal, intimate space for small meetings and gatherings of no more than twenty people, e.g., business luncheons or breakfast meetings.
  • The Wine Cellar: this is an actual cellar and here you are surrounded by a large collection of rare wines that we have collected over the thirty years that our estate had existed; in this venue we can cater for anything from two to twenty people and it is the perfect fit for a corporate dinner, family feast or even just a romantic dinner for two.
  • The Formal Lounge: this venue represents the next level up from the previously mentioned Bibliotheca and Wine Cellar and can accommodate up to forty people in supreme exclusivity and privacy.  This beautiful space is situated in the stately Manor House.
  • The Gazebo: this open-air chapel is one of the most popular venues in Pretoria for wedding ceremonies and there is even enough space for as many as 120 guests to witness the ceremony; from here, you have a view of a lovely little meadow and there is even a bell to ring to announce the arrival of the bride.
  • Casa Milano Ballroom: this is our largest venue with space for up to 140 people sitting down for a set menu and this is usually where the wedding reception is held.  The surrounding meadow and lawns are lit at night for a beautiful view that can be appreciated from the ballroom area.  However, the Casa Milano is also ideal for large conferences and can accommodate up to 150 delegates in a cocktails or cinema layout.  School room or round table layouts accommodate 120 people each and a single U-shape, 50 people.  Seated in a double-U-shape, 100 delegates will fit, or 60 when seated boardroom-style.  This extremely versatile venue is equipped with air conditioning, an electronic ceiling-mounted screen, surround sound, wireless Internet, dimming lights and an acoustic partition to divide the space.
  • Casa Milano Petite: this smaller venue is just right for breakaway sessions or smaller meetings and offers total privacy.  It still accommodates 25 people in a single-U-shape layout, or it can be set up in a school room layout (30 people), boardroom (25), round table (45) or cinema (50).

Accommodation and Dining

Besides our meeting spaces, we also offer superb, 5-star overnight accommodation in luxury suites with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, wireless Internet, a mini bar and an in-room safe.  Executive presidential suites add to these a lounge with fireplace, a jacuzzi and a private garden.  Lastly, our famous Monza restaurant offers everything a discerning palate may desire and our breakfast, set, buffet and room service menus are to die for.  Proof, indeed, that we are perhaps the most fully-featured of all the popular venues in Pretoria.
